# Komplete Kontrol and articulation switching issues

Komplete Kontrol changes the order of MIDI events, and as a result, articulation switching doesn't reliably work in some situations. Please understand that this is not an issue related to our products; it is an issue related to the behaviour of Komplete Kontrol, and Native Instruments is aware of it.

The solution is easy: Use Kontakt / Kontakt Player instead.
