# How to report issues

Art Conductor contains well over 10.000 articulation templates. Even though we do our best, there's always a chance to make mistakes. On top of that, sample libraries receive updates and frequently key switches change with those updates.

We want to encourage you to get in touch with us once you run into issues. This way, we can send you an updated articulation template and solve the problem you found for all our users.

Please always include the following info:

* Name of the sample library and instrument
* The version of the sample library (if applicable)
* As much info as you can on what's not working for you
